Mummy Made Meatloaf!

I am getting SO MUCH inspiration from my 'What's For Tea?' series on Tik Tok - make sure you check out and save the posts you will never wonder what to make for your dinner/tea again!

I actually remember my mum used to make a meatloaf when we were little and it was with like a tomato/pepper sauce? But I couldn't find any recipes similar and she couldn't remember it so I used this recipe that I found online but as always I adapted it (blagged it). I added some extra dried italian herbs and seasonings because I felt like there wouldn't be much flavour. Plus I'm not a big fan of tomato ketchup so I swapped that out for sweet BBQ sauce and it was SUPER YUMMY!

I'd love to hear from you guys with some traditional meatloaf recipes. I feel like it's one of those things that's passed down in families here in America but maybe that's just what I've been taught by Hallmark movies!
